Let’s talk about sex. When we think of sex, physical pleasure comes to mind but what about the energetic exchange that occurs during intercourse? This is something we don’t talk about enough. We tend to set aside the fact that we are human beings created from energy, with 7 energetic centers (chakras) and our own auric field of energy (aura) that surrounds us. All of our energy and the energy from others is easily exchanged during sleep, intercourse and by being in another’s auric field.
Negative, heavy emotional energy and trauma can be passed around from person to person because this energy is easily transmittable. For this reason — Sex is a sacred energetic exchange, but so often we use sex to fulfill our emotional voids. We become dependent on sex to temporarily fulfill our loneliness or ease our pain. We abuse ourselves unknowingly when we choose to exchange unhealthy energy from casual sex with strangers.
HARNESSING OUR SEXUAL ENERGY & LIFE FORCE
We so often waste and consistently deplete our life force energy with excessive self-pleasure or casual encounters. Life force energy is also known as Chi by Ancient Taoist. They have been practicing sacred sex and the art of love making for centuries. The Taoist found the secret to longevity, ultimate creativity, powerful full body orgasms and flourishing emotional and physical health. The secret is in saving and harnessing our life force energy during sex and arousal and moving it along our energy centers to heal and awaken our physical and emotional bodies with a sacred partner.
Versus, having sex to orgasm and being done with it. When we do this, we are essentially wasting our life force energy while possibly exchanging unhealthy energies with someone whom we have no trust or connection to. Life force energy is not to be wasted and is difficult to get back. Especially for men. I will be writing a separate article in the future about Sacred Sex and the teachings of the Tao. For today as with any new topic, I will cover the basics.
In short, our life force energy is a creative and powerful energy that we can use to heal within and harness our highest potential as human beings. It is your sacred power — your birthright. A man’s semen is sacred because it is created to create life in a woman and vitality within himself. That is, if he chooses to harness that power with semen retention and the practice of sacred sex with a sacred partner.
A woman’s waters are equally sacred and so is her sexual energy center. This is her womb and her sacred eggs that have the power to create life. Sex is a beautiful and magical sacred energy exchange and I am not telling you to repress your sexual energy. I am telling you to protect it and to use it to transcend to higher levels of being and living.
PROTECTING YOUR SEXUAL ENERGY
Show up consciously during your sexual encounters, be responsible and selective about who you choose to share your energy with and protect and heal your sacred sexual energy.
Why? Because you have the ability to heal and to experience heightened sexual pleasure, strength, vitality, peacefulness and clean energy.
You no longer need to pollute your energy or well-being by being careless or dependent on unhealthy attachments towards sex. You no longer need to fulfill your voids, avoid your pain or prove your worth or your power with sex. It’s 2020. It’s time to heal all that you have been too afraid to face within yourself and stop using sex as an escape.
HOW CAN WE HEAL?
Energetic clearing techniques such as meditation, Reiki, acupuncture or working with a Shaman can clear and heal your blocked and tainted sexual centers. How do I know? Well, I’ve done my research and I have done all four of these practices to heal and clear my sexual energy. Why? Because I realized that I had been abusing my energy and limiting my potential for far too long. I no longer wanted to carry all of this heavy energy that was not serving me and that was blocking me from experiencing true love.
Make it a way of life. Set the intention to clear and heal your sexual centers with a cup of tea or a morning glass of water. With prayer. We have the ability to heal ourselves. That’s what this blog is all about isn’t it?
What’s another way? Celibacy. This word scares people because we have been conditioned to believe that we “need” sex and humans don’t like when someone threatens their dependencies but I’m here to tell you it’s okay to save yourself for someone special or for a sacred partner. In fact, it is one of the most healing things I have ever done. I have respected, honored and nourished my sacred sexual space for 10 months now and my body, mind and soul thank me everyday.
As a conscious woman who puts in massive amounts of work to heal my energy, emotional wounds, traumas, themes, patterns and limitations — I refuse to pollute my sacred energy with low level energetic exchanges that do not serve me.
With this I have chosen to respect myself and my future sacred partner.
My self love and my connection to myself has never been so strong. My body has learned that it can trust me to protect it and my energy has learned that too. Bringing a deep sense of peace to my nervous system and healing old sexual trauma and wounds. This is something I have kept private but I am sharing it with you today because I want to inspire you to honor yourself in all the ways you may not have in the past. You are capable of anything in this life. You do not need to be bind by your dependencies or limitations. They do not belong to you and they do not serve you.

Thank you for the wonderful message. I have been trying so hard to work on myself these days… My body, my mind and soul. You are right, healing is a self induced journey nothing can heal unless we decide to take first step towards it. I’m trying to get rid of my past too, the negativite attributes, the insults etc so that I can fully embrace myself. I felt it too, that if we are not healed we block good things from our lives, I could feel a strong block in my sexual expression solely because I couldn’t make peace with who I am as a person. Almost like a dull void. But when I started working on my well being I could feel a shift in the way I perceived and expressed myself.
